Low season: $200 per day

High season: December 15- April 14

High season: $225 per day

All rates subject to change and do not include 17.42% Hawaii State & hotel tax.

Additional Information

All renters will be accessed a reservation and cleanning fee for a total of $235

Deposit: 50% required at time of reservation. Check or money order in U.S. funds accepted and made payable to Jim and Ava Roark (owners).

Payment: Balance due 30 days prior to arrival in low season, 60 days prior to arrival in high season. Refunds will be made less a $100 cancellation fee with prior notice of 30 days in low season, 60 days in high season.
